GORDON STILL HAS A FUTURE

Sunderland manager Marin O’Neill has said that crocked goalkeeper Craig Gordon still has a future at the club and has vowed to get him fit enough and give him opportunity so that he can reclaim the number one spot in the side.

The Scotland international shot stopper, who joined the Wearside club from Scottish Premier League side Hearts in 2007 has had an injury plagued 4 and half years at the Stadium of Light but even in that time, he has put on stellar displays when he has been fit.
